We are located next to Rush Off- Road Park. We look forward to having you stay with us while you enjoy riding the trails. We have plenty of private parking for your vehicles. We also welcome any other guests.  If you are not riding, you can still enjoy the quiet tranquil atmosphere of our property.

 

We also have a well-stocked General Store on site. Additionally, we carry some repair items for your off-road vehicles and will be expanding this service soon.

Campground Policies and Procedures Reservations: Reservations are subject to availability. Reservations may be made in person, via telephone conversation with a campground front desk employee, or they may be made through Facebook messenger. The same is true for cancellations and changes to existing reservations. We do have a cancellation policy in place. No credits or refunds will be issued. Krazy Lady Kabins is not responsible for damage to personal property, lost, or stolen items. Krazy Lady Kabins does not issue refunds due to inclement weather. Krazy Lady Kabins does not issue a refund due to the presence of animals and or insects. Please note all cabins are regularly treated with pest control services. Please notify the office if you encounter something that needs to be addressed. We will be happy to assess the situation and act accordingly. Check-In/Check-Out: Check in time is 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Check out time is 11 AM Eeastern Standard Time. Kabins may not be occupied until vacated by the previous renter. Renters are asked to leave the cabins in good condition and similar to the state in which they were issued occupancy. Kabins may not be occupied until cabins have been fully cleaned. Guests may incur additional fees for late check out. — $40 per hour. Renters who have checked out of the property must remove their trailers and vehicles. If these vehicles become a burden, they may be towed at the owner's expense. Late Arrivals: Guests are responsible for making late arrival arrangements through Facebook messenger and/ or telephone. The cell phone service at the Kabins is minimal, therefore please make arrangements to communicate in a timely fashion. Late arrivals are required to check in at the Campground office/General store the following morning. Please call our office at 606-928-4183 to make late arrival arrangements. Walk-In’s: We are more than happy to accommodate walk-in customers if we have availability, however there is never a guarantee that we have availability. Please make every attempt to make a reservation in advance when possible. Pet Policy: No pets are allowed in the Cabins. Smoking Policy: Smoking is NOT allowed in any of our cabins. A fine may be incurred if smoking is found to have occurred within the premises of a cabin. There also will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. Kabin information: We are a deluxe “glamping” alternative. Due to current economic conditions and Covid policies, we do not provide bath towels, pillows, or blankets. These will need to be provided by the guests. Each deluxe rental unit is provided with a complementary waterproof mattress protective cover, and fitted sheet, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent ( if applicable), kitchen towels, hand soap, toilet tissue, and a hand towel for the bathroom. Kabins also come stocked with basic kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, AC, Additional supplies needed can be purchased at several local stores and grocery stores located nearby. Additionally, we may have some of these items in our general store available for purchase. We do not provide daily maid service. Bed linens are only exchanged upon departure. Lastly, please notify the staff if there are issues with your cabin, something is not working, or you are in need of something that we may be able to help you with. Passes for Rush Off- Road Park may be purchased at their Office during their Regular business hours.
